Pentwater, Michigan

Our next stop after Arlington Heights was Pentwater, Michigan. We had a family reunion there, and for the better part of the weekend, we all went to the beach.

Since the circumstances of Grandma's injury were so severe, she had to be wheeled down to the beach in a chair that looked kind of like a monster truck.

We all took a break from the water and decided to go play at the playground.

After our short break, we resumed playing on the beach.

Mary got a little chilly after being in the water for so long.

On the way to downtown, we stopped at an old tank that was probably from World War II.

We then traveled to the cemetery where my great grandparents were buried.

Following the cemetery, everyone traveled to downtown Pentwater.

David and I were debating whether to get this for desert or not.

Hey look! Our family soda!

This was where my great great grandma used to live.

This was a very odd house with a mannequin on the porch.

A couple on their porch enjoying the afternoon warmth.

Of course we HAD to go back to the beach one last time.

We decided to get some ice cream.
